Mechanical Oil Refining Method
This method mainlu includes precipitation, filtration and centrifugal separation, which is mainly used to separate mechanical impurities and partially soluble impurities suspended in the crude palm kernel oil.
Chemical Oil Refining Method
This method mainly includes acid refining and alkali refining. In addition, there are lipidation and oxidation, etc. Acid refining is treated with acid, mainly used to remove pigment and soluble impurities; alkali refining is treated with alkali, mainly used to remove free fatty acids, and oxidation is mainly used for decolorization.
